APKS will work for the people without discriminating by class, occupation, religion, color, cultural, ethnic community and gender to assure sustainable development by ultimate health care, removing gender discrimination and assurance of socio economic development in the society through operating development projects, initiating effective programs and creating massive awareness using locally available resources & generating local capital with external inputs aiming to bring positive changes in the society according to necessity of targeted beneficiaries like underprivileged, less fortunate, deprived and ethnic community for boosting up their capacity through communication and coordination with civil society, stakeholders, donor organizations, NGOs & Government so that participation of the disadvantaged and underprivileged in the development process got ensured .

· To transform communities through the implementation of program that affect all areas of community life including: health, education, economic empowerment, rehabilitation and advocacy.
